Grace joins us with a strong professional background in office administration and an academic foundation in Architecture and Design at University of Houston—an uncommon combination that gives her a uniquely insightful perspective on operations, workflow, and the creative processes that support successful projects. Her ability to blend administrative expertise with design-minded thinking allows her to understand both the practical and creative needs of a busy office, making her an invaluable addition from day one.
Grace has supported leadership teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is known for her calm presence, clear communication, and genuine commitment to helping others do their best work. Her experience spans scheduling, document management, customer service, and internal coordination, all approached with exceptional attention to detail and a thoughtful, solutions-oriented mindset.
As our new Office Administrator, Grace is eager to build strong relationships, support the team’s daily needs, and contribute to a smooth, well-organized, and collaborative work environment. Her background in design enriches her ability to anticipate needs, understand project demands, and bring both efficiency and creativity to the role.
Grace resides in Houston, TX, where she enjoys life with her husband of 8 years, two young children, and a 9 year old dachshund rescue. In her free time, she serves at her church in various capacities looking after children and leading small groups. Also, she loves baking and expressing her creativity through embroidery—pastimes that showcase the same patience, artistry, and warmth she brings to her professional life.
