A ranch that was initially just a renovation of an existing house with minor modifications soon required more work upon inspection, and later grew to multiple houses on the compound. The exciting nature of this project was the multiple iterations that were allowed to be perused. In the end the design of the main house and the design of the guest house where both selected and matched. The guest houses is what is shown here, and was designed to integrate into an existing barn.

New Residential | Given enough time and we can be perfect. The shame of it is, we never have enough of anything when we need it, but sometime things get close to perfect. This is one of those projects that was a personal endeavor by Cathy, and was every best aspect of every house she had ever seen. The space is a wonderful expression of functional and romantic spaces that are effective for large groups, typical day to day tasks, and even weddings.

Design Charrette | Revere was given the great opportunity to work with Abel Design Group out of Houston. After listening and compiling thoughts, these inspirational sketches were made to provide ideas and concepts for a renovation of a rice silo complex.

PEP Campus | A project for a group that strives for contrast. They want to ensure that everyone has a second chance, but like everything worthwhile you have to work for it. A perfect opportunity to show a outline of their mindset into built form. Focusing on the assumption that the organization will be gifted a prefabricated structure for each building, the focus on the design should be in the placement of space, particularly in contrast to a central exterior courtyard. Divided by different uses, but connected with a central walkway.

Co-Work Facility | The need for separated spaces, not linked to one company is an ever increasing movement in 2019. This used to be in the form of “executive office” now it has turned into “cowork” this facility is in Alabama with intent to become a larger complex. At the moment it has been tailored for no more than 21 different offices, but also with a Warehouse for storage and manufacturing if needed.

New Construction | A design for an overlook near Smithers Canada. Though the initial concept has changed, the end product will have the same spirit and feel as the sketch.

Co-Work Proposal | Part of a collaborative effort to set up a investment document. With a quick phone call, and some time thinking about a design. These renders were sketch to illustrate what the Co Work facility might look like in an renovated school.

Historic Renovation | All though this Particular project is not done under the Secretary of Interior Standard for Rehabilitation, it is and will be done sympathetic to what the building was. The interior walls are largely to remain, but updates to best suit the clients needs.

Apartment Complex Renders | I was hired to 3D render a design for an Architect. The attached design was given to me in a plan form and 2D elevation, from there the colors and materials where selected by the architect, and placed and rendered by Revere Architecture.

Heights Renovation | The Heights in the Houston area was an up and coming neighborhood, that now is established as hip, historic, and a great place for a family. The project is still on going, however, the desire is for a new master bath, new stairs to back yard, and an awning at the garage.

Townhouse Renovation | Houston is now a city of highways and townhouses, and understandably so, they are convenient things. This convenience. however, does leave things un-tailored to the individual. In this renovation the space is being designed to better suit the needs of the owner, and to increase the value for resale.

Sound Box | Often offices are made without phone call, or private areas. The norm in this day and age is to have open concept, which to most translates to no privacy. But not to worry because now you can have your very own, portable sound box (does not produce sound).

Porch House | A modern design for a 21st century catalog home in Texas.

Chon Residence l A frontal study for a remodel house in Spring Branch Houston. The study addresses a newly defined street presence and sun study during the summer heat.

Kong Art Studio l A flexible 700 sq. ft. backyard art studio in Heights, Houston.

The project is located in upstate New York, designed as a get away studio for an independent artist. The footprint is 2,300 sq. ft. with a glass wall entry and transparent garage door. Inside, the concert floor is sunken as a half dome to entertain the artist’s love for skateboarding. Directly above the dome is the sanctuary, accessible by a bridge through the 2nd floor loft. The use of glulam structures, wood veneer panels, and tongue and grove ceilings, paints a warm and inviting space. The outer shell is layered with metal panels to protect the artist from the harsh winter snow and rain. Overall, the archetype and materials used for Mark Studio is a modern interpretation of its neighboring historical barns of New York State.

This exciting interior build-out on the 24th floor of the Esperson Building in downtown Houston spans 4,400 sq.ft. within the historic structure. The design showcases the building's rich history by incorporating exposed concrete beams, a structural block wall, and a striking combination of marble and concrete flooring. These elements contribute to the raw, industrial aesthetic, celebrating the building's heritage. The careful integration of these features brings character and authenticity to the space, making it a truly unique environment. Noteworthy are the strategically placed conference room and corner private offices, offering not only functional spaces but also panoramic views of the downtown skyline, creating a harmonious blend of history, industrial design, and modern sophistication.
